Each Please Toy should have an instruction pamphlet explaining the basics of operation, usage and charging. If that pamphlet is unavailable please refer to each individual Please Toys product page for a downloadable PDF copy of your toy’s instructions. You can also refer to the original packaging and our website for each toy’s basic feature set.

Always wash your toys before and especially after use with warm water and toy cleaner or a mild antibacterial soap.  Make sure not to wet or dampen any part of the toy that is not waterproof. Absolutely DO NOT boil your vibrating Please Toy product: While silicone materials are highly resistant to heat, motorized parts and internal batteries are not.

Any Please Toy that is marked as waterproof can be used in most aquatic situations (though cool, tepid and warm water temperatures are recommended). If the toy is not denoted as waterproof we would not recommend extended exposure to water. Virtually all Please Toys are rated for splash and water resistance and should remain perfectly functional during general use.

Water-based lubricants are the industry-wide prefered choice when using your Please Toy. For optimal compatibility we suggest our water-based Please Slide Lubricant. It is highly recommended that you avoid toy exposure to silicone-based lubes as the surface of most toys are susceptible to damage from silicone lubricants.

Rechargeable Please Toys will typically have a longer overall lifespan compared to traditional toys with replaceable batteries. They are also not dependent on the strength of the battery type (for example: a AA batteries will generally lead to stronger vibrations than a AAA). This leads to a more consistent, and higher rate of power for each rechargeable toy, with less variable wear on the motor. You’ll also be able to save on the use, cost and time spent searching for batteries; yielding less financial stress and a minimized environmental impact.

Any Please Toy that is marked as rechargeable in assorted marketing materials can be charged via a USB cable designed specifically for each individual Please Toy (AC adapter sold separately). If a toy is not marked as such then it is will require either a AA battery, AAA batteries, LR44 batteries or is simply not a motorized toy. Refer to individual toy instructions for specific charging methods.

With a lifetime warranty backing most of our Please Toy offerings, we have faith that our products will stand the test of time under recommended operating conditions. Many of our toys include a high-quality, built-in rechargeable battery to compliment their high-capacity motors and functions. While most are made of premium medical grade silicone. Every Please Toy may be unique in features and function, but we have confidence in the quality and longevity of each for years to come.

If your Please Toy isn’t functioning as intended feel free to contact our customer support and you will be responded to promptly within one business day. We will do everything possible to correct the issue and walk you through potential solutions. Should no solution be found then we will either handle the replacement claim directly or direct you to our warranty claim page.

In the rare event that one of our products is permanently no longer functioning properly: all Please Toys (except disposable) include a limited one-time use lifetime warranty if registered within 30 days of purchase (original receipt required).  If you do not register the warranty within the allotted time then the warranty is valid for only 90 days.
